Marketing Coordinator
Alison has been with IDA since 2009 and is involved in all marketing aspects of the firm to help attract new clients. With the help of the IDA executive team, Alison is responsible for developing and implementing new marketing and advertising strategies. She attended the University of Denver earning her BSBA and went on to the University of Phoenix to obtain an MBA in business Management. With several years of experience at Merrill Lynch Alison went on to a sales career at Johnson and Johnson which has provided her with a diverse knowledge of sales and marketing in the finance and pharmaceutical industries.
In addition to marketing activities for the firm Alison holds a real estate license and has assisted many clients in buying and selling homes and investment properties. With extensive market knowledge for Coastal and North County San Diego Areas, I take pride in giving my clients a personal touch and attention to detail. Rather than focus on a high volume of clients, I typically am working with one client at a time; affording my clients a high-end experience with the highest level of personal service to locate the perfect home that suits their income, lifestyle, and future life plans. This approach allows me to deliver a seamless, low-stress, and high value of service to each of my treasured clients, while along the way going above and beyond with market research and exploration for answers that may arise. Whether buying or selling I work diligently to negotiate on my client’s behalf to achieve the outcome that they desire.
North County San Diego has been home to my husband and I for over 20 years. Along with our two boys we love to be outdoors wake surfing or skiing in the mountains but mostly you will find us at kids sporting event these days.
