Darren A. Evans, CIMA®, C(k)P®, GFS®

As IDA’s Director of Institutional Client Solutions, Darren has been providing Advisory Services and Investment Management to Private Clients, Retirement Plans, Corporations and Foundations/Endowments since 1999.
Prior to Intelligence Driven Advisers, Darren was the Director of Asset Management at both LDI Advisors, LLC and HighTower Advisors, LLC, and a Research Analyst with Graystone Consulting; the institutional division of Morgan Stanley Smith Barney.
He graduated from the University of Windsor in Ontario, Canada with a major in Finance, and earned his Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA®) designation through the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. He has completed the Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®) program and attained the Global Financial Steward GFS® accreditation. Darren subscribes to the philosophy that Leadership, Stewardship and Governance are the primary drivers to decision‐making when serving in critical Fiduciary leadership roles. In addition, as a Certified 401(k) Professional C(k)P®, a designation earned through the UCLA Anderson Executive Education program, Darren further exemplifies both academic aptitude and real-world core competencies related to servicing retirement plan.
Combining his passion of competitive cycling, triathlon, and community development, Darren serves as a Committee Member and over a decade long participant of Bikes Fight Poverty; an annual multi‐day / multi‐country cycling event benefiting 1Mission.org; an international non‐profit organization focused on providing impoverished families long‐term sustainability and empowerment by earning a home.
He resides in the Phoenix North Valley with his wife and 2 daughters.
