Derek joined Intelligence Driven Advisers in 2023. He has a B.A. in Business Management from Vanguard University in Costa Mesa, CA and currently holds his Series 65 Securities License. Derek is driven and focused on providing clients with the best possible experience, a genuine relationship, and true financial peace of mind.
He loves helping people reach their goals and dreams. Prior to joining IDA, he ran his own real estate company helping both families and investors buy and sell properties, while also mentoring new agents. Derek has always had a passion for investing. In his mid-twenties was teaching Dave Ramsey’s “Financial Peace University” course at his church for several years, impacting the lives of hundreds of families.
Outside of work you will find him spending time with his wife and two daughters in Murrieta, CA. He also an avid sport fisherman and is working on improving his golf game.
